Flagship service
AI marketing consultancy from someone who builds the systems.
I help SMEs use AI safely and commercially across SEO, content, reporting, research, prospecting and marketing automation — with human judgement, source checking and measurable outputs built in.
What makes this different
My starting point is simple: AI should make your marketing faster and safer at the same time — and it should never replace your marketers or your judgement.
In practice that means working systems: real data inputs (live Google keyword data, your analytics, market feeds), fact-audit gates, independent model review, human sign-off, deployment and measurement. Everything I recommend has had to hold up in production — multi-model decision panels, audited content pipelines and market monitors that run every day — and you can inspect all of them below.
Why the guardrails matter
I've watched, up close, what carelessly deployed AI content does to businesses: helpful-content demotions that take whole domains down, not just the offending pages. That's why every system I build runs the opposite way — fewer pages, real experience, source-led writing, claim audits and human sign-off.
The discipline is public: this site's own content runs through the same pipeline I sell, and the methodology is published in full. If AI content has already damaged a site you run, the recovery playbook is written up here.
Problems I solve
Content is slow or shallow
A responsible AI content system produces fewer, better pages — faster — without the ranking risk.
Keyword research lacks structure
Live Google data via DataForSEO, filtered and mapped so pages never cannibalise each other.
Reporting eats your week
Automated digests, anomaly summaries and wasted-spend detection — checked before they reach you.
Market monitoring is manual
Competitor and market monitors that watch daily and only email you when something changed.
Prospecting data is fragmented
Pipelines that turn public registers and the open web into segmented, usable prospect lists.
AI without the risk
Teams want AI efficiency without reputational or SEO damage. Governance, checks and recovery are the offer.
Working proof

How it worksGleaned — organic offers platform
A live consumer platform watching 23 UK organic farms and vineyards daily, plus a prospecting engine built from the Defra register.

AI consultant for small business
Most of my AI work is for founder-led SMEs and specialist B2B companies — businesses that want senior marketing thinking plus hands-on implementation, without an enterprise consultancy price tag. Engagements scale from a single diagnostic session to an audit, a prototype sprint, a full workflow build, or retained optimisation and governance.
Questions I'm usually asked
Is this just ChatGPT consultancy?
No. Chat interfaces are the smallest part of it. The value is in systems: data inputs, multi-model checks, fact audits, deployment and measurement. Everything I recommend, I've built and run myself — the case studies above are inspectable.
Can AI content rank in Google?
Yes — when it's built from real experience and properly audited. And it can absolutely tank rankings when it isn't; Google's helpful-content systems demote whole domains for scaled thin content, not just the offending pages. The difference is the workflow, not the tool.
How do you prevent hallucinations?
Claim audits against source documents, independent review by a second model, and human sign-off before anything publishes. Nothing goes out on a single model's word — including on this site.
What should never be automated?
Budget decisions, strategic positioning, anything customers rely on for accuracy, and final editorial sign-off. AI accelerates the work; it doesn't get the casting vote.
Can this work with our current website and tools?
Almost always. The systems I build are lightweight — they sit alongside your existing stack rather than replacing it, and most deploy as small Netlify services or scheduled scripts.
Do we need developers?
No. I build and ship the systems myself, and hand over documentation your team can run with.
Can you help if AI content has damaged our SEO?
Yes — pruning, redirects and 410s, a quality reset Google can see, and a controlled replacement plan. Recovery is subtraction-first and takes months, not days; the playbook is public.
What would you like AI to take off your plate?
One conversation is usually enough to know whether AI can genuinely help — and I'll tell you honestly if it can't.
