For 15 years I have created and managed highly successful paid media campaigns for clients – across Paid Search (PPC), Display & Retargeting. As a freelance PPC expert I have managed a wide range of client budgets – from £500 p/m to £100,000 p/m – working closely with client’s to maximise their budgets & deliver a positive return on ad spend (ROAS). Importantly, I have first-hand experience of spending over £500,000 on my own personal projects – which provides me with tremendous insight into managing stakeholders, understanding the underlying critical commercial factors and modelling successful paid media campaigns in order to deliver a positive return on investment (ROI).

Situational Analysis & SMART Objectives
Critical to the success of any Paid Media campaign is situational analysis and the formation of SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) Objectives.
Situational analysis provides insight into the environment that your business operates within and your existing performance. This involves understanding your business (Service/Product) – SWOT Analysis, Product/Service analysis, your market (competitors/ Keyword research) and identifying your target customers. In order to deliver a successful campaign, it is critical to identify the touch points that prospective users utilise on their path to purchase.
The analysis provides the foundation for the objectives of the paid media campaign and these objectives will be used to measure the success of the campaign.
Strategy – Pay per click (PPC), Retargeting & Display
The Situational Analysis & SMART Objectives lay the foundation for the strategy (how we will achieve the objectives) and provides the insight necessary to structure the strategy.
Utilising bid management strategies across PPC (Google & Bing), Retargeting (General & Social) and Display placements I work tirelessly to deliver upon the agreed upon objectives – achieving and surpassing the target cost per acquisition(s) (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
